Triumph TF 250-E – Built to Explore, Engineered for Agility

Triumph has entered the enduro arena with a statement bike that balances weekend trail exploration with genuine competition capability. The TF 250-E isn’t trying to be everything to everyone — it’s a focused, purposeful machine designed for riders who want accessible performance, technical prowess, and the freedom to push their limits on any terrain.

Performance with Purpose

The 250cc single-cylinder engine might sound modest on paper, but this is where Triumph’s engineering shines. With 27.8 Nm of torque and 42.3 PS, the TF 250-E delivers a strong, linear power curve that excels exactly where enduro riders need it most: slow-speed technical sections and tight, twisting trails. The engine pulls smoothly all the way to 12,800 RPM, giving you responsive, manageable power that builds confidence rather than intimidation.

What makes this engine special is its character — it’s tractable, predictable, and forgiving, while still offering enough punch to keep experienced riders engaged. Whether you’re navigating rocky climbs or charging through open trails, the power is always usable, always there when you need it.

Rider-Focused Tech

Here’s where the TF 250-E steps beyond basic enduro machines. Traction control and launch control aren’t just race features — they’re real-world tools that help you ride better, faster, and safer. The quickshifter keeps momentum flowing through technical sections, while dual engine maps let you adapt instantly to changing terrain with a button press. Want smoother delivery for tight trails? Switch maps. Need aggressive performance? Switch back.

The Athena engine management system, co-developed with Triumph, ensures this technology works seamlessly together. It’s intuitive enough for newcomers, sophisticated enough for racers.

Design: Aggression Meets Elegance

The TF 250-E looks exactly like what it is: a capable, competition-ready enduro machine. Lightweight bodywork wraps around premium components — KYB fully adjustable suspension front and rear, Galfer discs, Neken triple clamps, and D.I.D. DirtStar aluminium wheels. At just 114.2 kg wet, this bike feels nimble the moment you pick it up.

The aluminium spine frame delivers effortless agility, making quick direction changes feel natural and fun. With 300mm of travel up front and 313mm at the rear, the suspension soaks up changing enduro conditions while maintaining confidence-inspiring grip and stability.

Is It for You?

The TF 250-E is road-legal but race-ready — perfect for riders who want one bike that can handle trail exploring on Saturday and closed-course competition on Sunday. The 955mm seat height and balanced rider triangle make all-day riding comfortable, while the sophisticated electronics give you room to grow as your skills develop. From $17,590, it’s a serious investment in a seriously capable machine that rewards commitment with pure enduro enjoyment.
