The Aprilia RSV4 is a high-performance motorcycle produced by Aprilia. Aprilia's flagship model is the RSV4. The RSV4 Factory and RSV4 R are Aprilia's two motorcycle models. The RSV4 RR and the limited-edition RSV4 RF are the two variants available for 2016. The modified bike for 2016 was designed to take advantage of and conform with that year's Superbike rules, which allowed for less manufacturing bike modifications. It has greater power, is lighter, and has better electronics and handling difference.
The motorcycle was first produced in 2008. The motorcycle was launched on February 22, 2008, in Milan, Italy, at the International Piaggio Group Convention. It's driven by a 65-degree 999.6 cc V-4 engine, which is the company's first four-cylinder engine in production. The new engine, according to Aprilia, was created particularly for superbike racing and will produce over 200 horsepower in race mode.
